What is a facilitated workshop?
Great ideas are lost when introverts and people who need longer processing time aren't given a chance to contribute. Independent, unbiased work time is a crucial element of a workshop.
Activities and exercises ensure an opportunity for unbiased participation, followed by group discussion. This allows for a more genuine consensus to be reached.
A decision made is great, but it's pretty useless without an action plan. The session will conclude with time to discuss execution and set appropriate deadlines.
The best results come when decisions get the effort deserved.
This workshop is not just a meeting. It's an experience!
When you decide to hire me for a Decision Made session, I am going to make sure this meeting is set up for success. I’m going to make sure the right people are in the room, the right time is allotted to our discussions, and everyone you invite understands they have a seat at the table.
If you’re unsure if we’re a good fit for each other, book a free, no obligation discovery call and we’ll have an honest conversation about it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I am best suited to small or medium sized businesses. My expertise is in tech (especially SaaS and cloud services). I also enjoy working with local businesses and organizations.
My services are best suited to key decisions that will have an impact on the company, whether short term (an annual theme) or long term (a new product). Here are some examples: product roadmapping, new product/service selection, department reorganization, retrospective with intended follow-up actions, themes and company values, a new sales initiative, etc.
You know how a sandwich tastes better when someone else makes it? The same principle applies to having an external party help moderate a major meeting. Having an external point of view helps keep the meeting on track and fosters an unbiased atmosphere to ensure better decisions. It also adds to the novelty, which in turn makes people more interested.
I do a follow-up call with every service, to make sure you have everything you need to move forward. I do not currently offer long-term consulting services. I am best suited to making the meeting/workshop a success and then allowing you to move forward with an action plan from there.
That is negotiable. I love the idea of supporting non-profits, but the work contributed would be no less on my end. I’m happy to discuss discounts on a case-by-case basis. I hope to have a formalized non-profit discount in the future.
These workshops need to be cost effective for both of us. There are arrangements that must be made for me to travel. I strongly believe these meetings are done best either 100% remote or 100% in-person, rather than as a hybrid experience, and we will talk about what is best suited to you.
Please note that I am located in central California, in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley. For anyone near the Fresno or Bakersfield metropolitan areas, this additional fee is waived.
Give your team the gift of a fun, engaging meeting they'll actually want to attend.
