Hi, I am Ashley Crosby.
I always try to show up as myself, and expect clients to be themselves. Let's be people, not cogs in the business machine.
Unexpressed opinions are wasted insights. I strive for honest communication and encourage my clients to willingly engage.
I fight against negative internal dialogue every day. Any day I fight to be a little more courageous and resilient is a day I've won.

Who am I?
I’m an A+ hobby collector. Paper crafting is my longest-standing hobby, but I’ve become a bit of pretty paper dragon. I read—mostly escapist fiction and self-improvement non-fiction—and dabble in writing. I love experimenting in the kitchen with gluten free, low sugar bakes everyone wants to eat.
I feel at home in London in a way I can’t fully explain. When walking the streets in Kensington, I feel like I’ve always belonged among the terrace houses.
If we’re ever short on small talk, I’m happy to discuss the complexities of Lois Lane and Clark Kent’s relationship on screen or the progressivism of Disney’s princess movies.
